Shipping

We pack all items professionally and thoroughly with heavy duty packaging, bubble wrap and eco-friendly foam balls. All items placed in the post are posted with new packaging. Wherever we can, we will recycle any clean and strong packaging that we have received for local deliveries.

Larger items can be transported locally or nationally with a courier service. Please contact us for price and service provider options. We are also happy to work with a courier of your choice. For more information on this or for a list of reputable courier services, please contact us.

We post all items with insurance and tracking. Therefore, any package received with visible damage must be photographed before, during and after unpacking for us to put a claim in on your behalf. Replacement, repair or refund of damaged or lost items are made at the discretion of Aesthetiker.

Delivery and Handling Times

Delivery times vary according to location. All items are packed and posted within a few days of receiving postage payment.

Returns

All sales are final. Aesthetiker does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. We endeavour to describe and photographically capture all our products’ general condition with detail. However, should an item have any unmentioned damage or issues, buyers must contact Aesthetiker within 48 hours of receiving an item. For all requests, please contact us.
