Shipping

We pack all items professionally and thoroughly using heavy duty boxes, bubble wrap and eco-friendly void fill to ensure safe transit. All items are shipped with new packaging. For local hand deliveries, we may reuse clean and structurally sound packaging as part of our sustainability practices.

Larger or delicate items are transported locally or interstate via professional furniture couriers. We ‘re also happy to work with a courier of your choice. For more information or for a list of reputable courier services, please contact us.

All items are posted with insurance and tracking. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If your package arrives with visible damage, please photograph the parcel before, during and after unpacking, as this documentation may be required for an insurance claim. In the event of damage or loss during transit, repair, replacement or refund, outcomes will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on size, weight, fragility, destination and insurance value.

Smaller items are generally shipped with Australia Post, while larger and more delicate pieces are transported via professional furniture couriers.

One Murano glass wall light to Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth or Hobart — approximately $85 via Australia Post Standard, including insurance.

Pair of Murano glass wall lights to Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth or Hobart — approximately $140 via Australia Post Standard, including insurance.

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within a few business days of receiving shipping payment.

Returns

Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Please review all imagery and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Aesthetiker does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. Please reach out if you would like to see more detailed photos or a video regarding the condition of an item.

We make every effort to describe and photographically capture all our products’ general condition with detail. As our collection consists  of vintage pieces, minor signs of wear should be expected.

If your item arrives with any significant unmentioned damage or issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and supporting information so we can assess the matter.

Any approved resolutions will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
