Shipping

We pack all items professionally and thoroughly with heavy duty packaging, bubble wrap and eco-friendly foam balls. All items placed in the post are posted with new packaging. Wherever we can, we will recycle any clean and strong packaging that we have received for local deliveries.

Larger items can be transported locally or nationally with a courier service. Please contact us for price and service provider options. We are also happy to work with a courier of your choice. For more information on this or for a list of reputable courier services, please contact us.

All items are posted with insurance and tracking. Therefore, any package received with notable damage must be photographed before, during and after unpacking for us to put a claim in on your behalf. Replacement, repair or refund of damaged or lost items are made at the discretion of Aesthetiker.

Shipping Costs

All orders need to be calculated individually based on quantity, size, weight and insurance value. We post our items with Australia Post, however, larger or more delicate items are couriered with a professional furniture courier.

Please note, taxes and duties may be applied by your local Customs Authority and must be paid by the receiver. For complete costs please contact your local Customs Office.

Delivery and Handling Times

Delivery times vary according to location. All items are packed and posted within a few days of receiving postage payment.

Returns

We’re confident you’re going to love your purchase! However, for peace of mind, Aesthetiker offers a 48 hour change of mind return policy from receipt of delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours from receiving your item/s to organise a return. All items must be returned at buyer’s expense and in the exact same condition as sold. We recommend thoroughly packing your items again with the original packaging and posted with insurance. Aesthetiker will not be liable for items lost or damaged during shipping of returned item/s.

We endeavour to describe and photographically capture all our products’ general condition with detail. Some minor signs of wear should be expected due to their vintage condition. However, should an item have any unmentioned damage or issues, buyers must contact Aesthetiker within 48 hours of receiving an item/s. For all requests and return approvals, please contact us first.
