Vintage tripod floor lamp by Angelo Brotto for Esperia. The striking form of the tripod floor lamp with its opaline glass shade is the epitome of modernist design. The sharp clean lines, the geometric shape of the shade and its minimal colour palette are all balanced by the subtle cane detailing. The two part glass and metal shade is held by the black enamelled metal base and can be positioned in multiple positions. The metal posts have details in cane and brass. Made in Italy, circa the 1950s.
Great vintage condition with signs of wear. Some minor age-related marks to paint and patina to brass. Original wiring and Ticino switch with a new Australian plug. Sourced from Italy.
